MB Design Gallery specializes in alterations and restyling for Bridal Gowns, Prom Gowns, Pageant Gowns, Bridesmaid dresses, Mothers Gowns.
Alteration costs are based on the amount of work required to complete the job correctly. Brides should expect, on average, multiple fittings. This explains the price variation from gown to gown.
Brides should bring their alteration to us 4 to 6 weeks in advance of the expected due date. Brides must remember to always bring their shoes and undergarments for each fitting. On average, the fitting session lasts about one hour.
Restyling is the best way to change the appearance of your garment. You can combine new with old. We can add sleeves, shorten sleeves, or lengthen sleeves for any dress or gown. We can replace a zipper with a lace-up for additional room. Other services available are pants and dress hemming, Jacket/coat alterations.
It was a pleasure to design this Christening dress from the Wedding Gown that was worn 41 years ago by my client for her Granddaughter. The beauty of the past recreates precious memories!
